- Deep Knowledge of Payment Gateway key workflows like: Customer initiated Remittances, Merchant Initiated Remittances, Online Purchase Workflows, Transaction processing and Person 2 Person payments processing.
- Deep Knowledge of Mobile Payment Gateway Workflows for mobile use cases like Mobile wallets, Mobile Top-Up, Bill Pay Services, Mobile PIN, OTP.
- Knowledge of Payment gateway workflows for ATM Services like Cash Withdrawal, authentication, Pin Change etc
- Has good knowledge about standard components within retail banking/payment gateway such as Security and Compliance, PII Data Privacy Standards.
- Conduct workshops with business users to understand As-Is processes
- Ability to work facilitate business user meetings to discover large Scale, Complex - AS-IS- processes and workflows. Analytical ability to re-engineer/re-design - To-Be- processes
- Business Requirement assessment, functional document preparation, test scenario review, gap analysis, use case extraction.
- Guide/train and help solution development teams on relevant workflows at both high level as well as indepth details
