Marketing
Independently handle:Sales, marketing,planning, forecasting, target achievement, sales staff incentive
schemes,market development, collections,inventory management, key accounts, promotions, market feedback,
competitor analysis, advertising, Budgets, Pricing Strategy
Strategic Marketing ( Long term brand strategy )New Product Development / Formulation
manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities, Marketing
Communication, Sales & distribution , New Product , Sales Launch
Media planning ( Object setting Brand understanding of Cost parameter )
Marketing communication ( own creative mind )Passion / drive , Creativity , innovation new idea
Of promotional Activity and consumer awareness, excellent communication with consumer, staff
dealers , distributer
Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing & future products analysis
Of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency, stock levels and making key
decisions about stock control, of market trends in the retail industry, understanding coming customer
Managing and initiatives, and monitoring what local competitors are doing
Dealing with staffing issues: interviewing potential staff; conducting appraisals and performance
reviews; and providing or organizing training and development
Dealing with sales and marketing staff ,dealers , distributer, consumer as and when required Co-
ordinate with the marketing team to come up with local, store level events and promotions
Responsible for scheduling and organising marketing activities, co-ordinate activities with external
agencies (creative,media, production agencies) to implement communication strategies.

sales & distribution
Responsible for new Product Development ( Pre and Post launching strategy Plans in the region.
Responsible & Developments of Moderns Traders i.e Big Malls, Department Stores, Retails
Making branding & promotion strategy & merchandising plans. Developing strategies for higher and better product visibility, shelf display,merchandising etc.
Responsibility for overall sales implementation, coordinates regional programs, marketing efforts, sales planning & forecasting, brand / category launches , store operations and productivity, develops business partnerships .
Responsibility & communication strategy by working with business, advertising agency and the media buying agencies and ensure cost effective communication whenever required.Sales trend analysis, market segmentation, new product (idea generation) competition mapping, trade / customer feedback.

Supply Chain Management :
To ensure optimal stock availability in the Region and management of working capital. Manage inward/outward logistics, and optimize distribution costs. Manage Back office and Supply chain activities including Customer Support Department Activities.

Debtors management :
Ensure proper sales/debtors accounting and cash collections as per guidelines

Service quality and Budgetary Control :
Drive improvement in all service quality parameters ( Payments to consultants/vendors, Communications , IT connectivity etc ) To ensure overheads and support expenses are monitored and within budgets

Desire Profile
Experience:8-15 yrs exp.
Education: Candidate must be MBA marketing
Salary Range: 6- 7 lpa
Location - Faridabad

-He should be a self motivated individual having excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
