Job Description-
 Plan and organize daily work schedule for team to visit on retailer, distributors, stockist cataloguers and other customers relative to enhance the business.
 Meeting with the distributor within a territory and finalizing the agreements.
 Monitoring the Sales team to deliver excellence in performance.
 Having regular conversation with internal sales team member to come up with innovative marketing ideas.
 Focused on business development.
 Ensure that all sales and marketing activities are well plan and implemented accordingly.
 Finding unique and innovative ways of solving or handling problems.
 Strong and healthy grip on sales team work, performance and DAR (daily activity report).
 Discover sales opportunities through consumer research.
 Actively seek out and obtain new accounts through research of the market to identify target customers, their current products offerings, establish clear priorities and recommend the strategy necessary to obtain their business.
 Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships.
 Monitor competition within assigned region.


• The candidates should have 15 years of sales experience in the Channel Sales.
• Candidate from mobile, electrical & IT background is preferable
• Identifying key decision makers.
• Maximising revenue through new and existing business.
• Able to communicate across all level with clients.
• Ability to solve the critical issues if arise.
• Ability to work in strong liaising with the customer.
