Job Description

Responsibilities of Branch Manager -
To manage the P&L of the branch
To monitor the branch and team activities
Ensure daily sales activity is carried out smoothly
Updating the business status, sales update to the MIS team
To carry out the morning hurdle with the team and groom the team with all the market cum
product changes
Discuss existing schemes /New schemes of debt and equity and daily market update with the
Team
To manage the entire process of lead generation activities in support with the BDM team
To manage the overall operational activities of the branch
To hire and train the team for monthly sales productivity
