2. Constant Recruitment, Training & Development of Sales Managers & Insurance Consultant of Agency Channel.
3. Help, assist & guide the Sales Managers & insurance Consultants & to recruit and train to procure necessary business.
4. To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets through desired relationship management.
5. To motivate SMs/ICs with various competitions, contests & R&R initiatives launched by the company.
6. Regular monitoring of SMs & ICs performance and conducting regular team meeting & performance review programs to take necessary corrective measures.
7. Facilitate administrative & operational supports to SMs & ICs of Agency Channel for smooth functioning.
8. MIS preparation, reporting to DM and adherence to Audit Compliance as per BALIC Standards.
9. Respect & adhere to the guidelines of the company on all fronts to have appropriate compliances.
