To handle the overall Branch Business, Operations, along with budgeted to line bottom line and distribution built as per plan.
Must have the ability to recruit and license Insurance advisers, drive the team of these advisers to generate business and expand the business
Achieve Adviser activation
Should have the bandwidth to handle more than one distribution channel
Should be adept at multi-tasking (handle branch sales and operations on an on-going basis, if the need arises
Will be responsible for achieving the business targets set for the Branch
To develop adequate market intelligence to acquire business by establishing, positioning the Chola MS brand and growing the brand
Responsible for the smooth functioning of the branch
Excellent inter-personal skills
Person expected to have high degree of credibility in the local market
Must be adaptability and functional IT knowledge
Any graduate or post graduate
Age up to 40 years
Minimum 2 years of experience in general insurance or 4 years of cross selling experience of general insurance product or health insurance product in life insurance or any reputed finance company
