KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Creating a high quality portfolio: BM is responsible for both creating and maintaining a high quality portfolio. Sanctioning loans: Once all credit checks are complete, the BM is responsible for sanctioning the loan on the system. Monitoring cash management: BM is responsible for conducting cash reconciliation at the end of every day. Ensuring on- time collections: Managing and monitoring branch: BM will lead a branch huddle every evening, to understand daily operations and troubleshoot problems. BM will also attend to branch administrative issues as and when they arise. Maintaining productivity/ profitability: BM will monitor profitability and performance of the branch using various productivity, efficiency and financial parameters. Leading and training CROs and ABMs: BM will support individual Customer Relationship Officers(CRO) through their career development. If required, he/ she will also lead training programs. He will closely track the ABM and provide feedback/ training to enhance the performance and help him in reaching the next level. Ensuring low risk: Identify and analyze risks (economic, social, political, etc) related to broader loan portfolio; ensure portfolio diversification and quality across activities and Area, Ensuring customer satisfaction: Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through high service quality. Coach Assistant Branch Manager in analyzing reasons behind high drop- out rates and identifying techniques to reduce drop- out problems.

Graduates ( exceptionally 12th pass with good experience may be considered) Candidate Profile: Professional experience: Minimum overall experience of 4 years and minimum 1 year supervisory experience in retail loans (Mortgage loans, LAP, PL, MFIs etc).- - Behavioral competencies Ability to effectively communicate with the public Good analytical skills, judgment and ability to make independent decisions informed by both quantitative and qualitative data (Including informal feedback from stakeholders and non- business context: socio- political- religious environmental factors) Ability to work with minimal direction. Self- starter Good interpersonal, relationship management, customer service, and rapport building skills. Good leadership and people management skills, with ability to manage people both directly and indirectly at multiple levels and remotely Ability to prioritize, multi- task, delegate, and proactively resolve problems Additional competencies Basic computer skills (typing, email) Basic reading and writing skills in English required.
