The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the field officers at his location, including but not limited to: training, tracking and improving employee performance, and administration of policy/procedures.
He/She will be responsible for achieving Business, Profitability of the branch, overall administration of the Branch while upholding the Values of the Company and the group.
The prospective candidate must also have proven track record with extensive sales experience in the Home Loan & retail mortgage industry, superior communication skills and ability to manage a team.
