Purpose of the role : Recruit, motivate and manage a team of BAa and guide their team to ensure that the set targets are met.
Reports to direct location Head/Cluster Head
Develop BAs through coaching, training, team management support etc
Drive BA team size, activity ratio, case rate per active agent and case size to achieve the premium targets
Provide operational support to BAs in terms of submissions, issuance , pending resolve, licensing etc
Plan, Monitor and Review BAs on a weekly basis to drive Active agents, Case Rate and Case Size
Ensure that the BAs are meeting their team targets.
Ensure that the A&H & pensions targets are met through a healthy product mix
