1. End to End recruitment - Carrying out end to end recruitment process for clients starting from sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending and negotiating offers
2. Sourcing - From portals & Resourcing talent through networking, cold calling, headhunting, referrals, internal database and internet sources for various clients
3.Scrutinizing C Vs - Gauge its capabilities, strengths and limitations and short listing the ones that have qualifying credentials
4.HR screening - Taking preliminary interviews to ascertain candidate's competencies, skills and, aspirations (based on work, position, salary and relocation etc).
5.Client Management - Relationship building, client need analysis, mapping the requirements for probable solutions.
6.MIS reporting - Preparing daily/weekly/monthly MIS Reports
7.Follow ups - Involving in regular follow up with Clients and Candidate, to maintain long-term professional relationship.
8.Salary negotiations - Managing salary negotiations with the candidates
9.Joining formalities Coordination with client and candidate to facilitate the joining process
