Key activities & deliverables
Coordinate with key clients HRs, catering to their requirements and initiating the sourcing process through recruiters, keeping a track of the whole process and ensuring that the position is closed.
Act as a Recruitment SPOC for other clients as and when required
Effectively manage requisitions while maintaining constant contact with hiring managers & candidates
Handle PAN India coordination
Initiate an array of sourcing activities through various channels (i) job portals (ii)
conducting referrals (iii) Mapping of target companies and headhunting to ensure a regular supply of candidates to meet the existing & future demands of the client.
Develop and manage the recruitment process for clients through sourcing; screening and short-list
Candidates; briefing and preparing candidates with relevant information on the client; co-ordinate
Interview logistics; negotiation of remuneration packages ensuring client needs are met in a timely
Develop and maintain cordial client relations to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities.
Ensure healthy pipeline of prospects & Ensure customer satisfaction
Comply with company policies and procedures including business principles; misconduct reportingq
