BD / Sr. BD - Alternate Channel Sales

Job Description

Managing the team of 4 5 Sales Managers to drive business via alternate channels
Maintaining steady relationship and meet the sales targets on monthly basis.
Cater to innovative avenues of doing business. Responsible to guide/mentor/assist/facilitate sub-ordinates for disbursements.
Monitoring daily logins and disbursals and reporting to management.
Driving the business of third party products through DSAs. Regular monitoring of the SUD (Sanction undisbursed) data and converting the same into disbursement.
Taking the ownership of early delinquencies and working closely with the collection team to resolve the issues if any.
Taking active participation with Ops team for resolving of PDD. (Post disbursal document).
Relationship management with DSAs,
Channel Partners by making periodic visits.
Manage escalations.
Increase the tie-ups with lead providers and lead fulfilment agencies.
