Back Office Executive

Job Description

A) MIS Executive:

1. Maintain Inventory and stocks record
2. Coordinating with Operations and other support team
3. To keep the report data bank ready for any requests received from time to time.
4. Reports/dashboard generation / Publishing Daily / Weekly / Monthly
5. Client/Vendor interaction to understand and review requirement
6. Gaps in productivity management etc

Skills required:

1. Excellent Communication skill with strong technical knowledge.
2. Must have good analytical skills
3. Good experience on Tally/Advance Excel
4. Should have exposure on Dashboards, Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot table etc.

B) Customer Service Executive:

1. Responding calls and emails of prospective business partners.
2. Transferring/Escalating calls and emails to Concern Departments.
3. Maintaining the database and records file for daily reporting.

Skills required:

1. Excellent Communication skill with strong technical knowledge.
2. Must have good negotiation skills
3. Good experience on advanced Excel
4. Should have exposure on Dashboards, Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot table etc.
