Job Description

1.Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Person must be having zeal to learn new things and put them in to practice as per the need
Be self- motivated and have good knowledge about the Stock Market
Provide technical support to clients for AC Agarwal Trading Software.
Handling the query related to Account Opening, Treasury, Online trading, Backoffice software and others. Managing the queries.
Verify KYC related documentation and perform regulatory required screening
Ensure prompt service to resolve on onboarding issues for new clients
Needs to handle additional adhoc work given by reporting
Other Generalist HR functions
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Worked in partnership with managers on performance management, employee relations, resources and staff management/development.
Conduct joining and exit formalities for employees and ensure maintenance of employee files.

Requirements

(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG- Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required) AND (Doctorate- Doctorate Not Required)

1. The candidate needs to be diligent and hard working and be highly motivated and result oriented, with a strong willingness to learn quickly. Understanding of SEBI KYC norms, CKYC, KRAs etc is important. Working in a Stock Broking firm is a big plus
2. Self-driven and resourceful
3. Excellent written and spoken English
4. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Candidate should have a pleasant personality and should be good with words
