Back office work
Attend to the front desk of the office.
Making and receiving telephone calls.
Supervision of general cleanliness and order.
Typing letters & documents.
Depositing check in the bank/utility offices and bringing bank statements
Scanning and copying of documents
Recording daily attendance.
Inward-outward document register maintaining.
Ensuring cleanliness in the office and general housekeeping.
Maintaining enough stock of essential supplies.
Bringing xerox copies of documents.
Handling documentation (letters, notices, reports) with respect to various activities such as Browsing daily emails, screening and reply and filing in relevant mail , taking approvals from clients.
Typing speed of 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
Coordination with Field Operations Team to ensure smooth clearance
Maintain excellent levels of understanding and rapport between agency and clients
Good knowledge in MS excel, Word and Power point.
