1. Quotation Making.

2. Invoice Making.

3. Challan Making.

4. Client Interaction and payment chase up.

5. Internal Software handling.

6. GST calculation.

7. Customer query support.

8. Submit timely reports.

9. Stock management.

10. Vendor management.

11. Preparation of requisitions.

12. Filing of Documents.

13. Receive payment bills and challans.

14. Admin support.

15. Assist colleagues when necessary.

Requirements

The eligibility criteria is mentioned below:


1. Honours Graduate(B.Com, B.Sc.)
2. Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Word, Advance MS Excel)
3. Good Communication in English, Bengali and Hindi.
4. Age Limit : (18 - 28) yrs
