Full life cycle Business Analysis experience from requirements definition through to implementation within a business facing IT environment
Complete knowledge of the document life cycle, terms of reference, technical and functional specs, business requirements and business cases
Strong analysis skills, in particular the strong ability to listen to users requirements, clarifying and challenging where required to close out previously undefined behaviour
Full knowledge and experience of producing high level and ideally detailed UML artefacts: use cases, process flow diagrams, sequence diagrams.
Experience with the full development lifecycle of front office systems
Experience working with development, analysis & test teams
Experience of working on requirements for multiple business user groups
Experience of working in an international environment and an appreciation of approaches for working more effectively with people from other continents and timezones.
Leadership experience, preferably within a Business Analysis environment

Financial product knowledge, i.e. Bonds, Equities, FX and Derivatives.
Financial Systems experience and understanding of small to medium size IT solutions (end user, client/server and browser-based).
A degree in a numerate business focused subject (e.g. Accounting, Finance or MBA)
Knowledge of risks, including market risk, credit risk, operational risk, onboarding, exiting
Numerate with strong analysis skills and clear & logical approach
