Job Description

Identify /work Education and Retail accounts like Schools/Colleges/Universities / Malls / Retail Outlets / Hotels / Hospitals / E Com Retail etc. Develop account plans and strategies to win, work with Hub Director &Vertical Head to execute the customer wise plans and meet the monthly & annual new sales targets.

Job Summary:
1. Identify / work Education & Retail accounts Schools/Colleges/Universities / Malls / Retail Outlets / Hotels / Hospitals / E Com Retail etc
2. Develop Major Prospect list Quarter wise & develop account plans in the Education & Retail vertical
3. Strategize with internal & external stake holders and finalize account plans
4. Develop relationship & rapport with major & key prospects / Identified in the vertical across the country
5. Demonstrate leadership by engaging at various CEO levels, buying centers and across product lines i.e. MSS, FM & ESS. Build relationship and rapport building with CEO level.
6. SFDC - Regular, timely, accurate and comprehensive updation of all required data.
7. Pipeline must be 5 times the required revenue target
8. Monthly Movement of opportunity in pipeline
9. Contact updating (100% of accounts)

Requirements

1. Total Experience of Over/Minimum 6-12 Years
2. Preferable Insurance / Security Industry Experience of over / minimum 2-3 Years
3. Corporate Sales Experience of B2B of over 8 Years with experience of 3-4 years to meet and negotiate at CEO level
4. Minimum Requirement - Standalone pan regional role of national accounts handling of new sales / account management
5. Key expertise Hunter Role / New Business Acquisition
6. Other Verticals: Security / Insurance / Hard-core B2B companies
7. Prefer Diversity
