Managing Team of Franchise Managers (Acquisition /Business Development & Servicing)
Revenue Generation in terms of Brokerage & cross sales and Monitoring P&L.
Following Monthly visits and monthly seminars in order to increase business, day to day communication with all Major Franchises. Major focus on service part to maintain the brand.
Personally looking after RMS, Admin, Franchisee Training & Development and Compliance.
Also Managing Product, Strategy and planning as a part for business expansion in Retail Franchisee Operations.
