Duties and Responsibilities :
Technically leading the team in software development.
Must be expert in Software development life cycle.
Perform solution / architecture designing, customizations, enhancements to the switch / clearing / dispute management systems and applications related to payments processing
Coding, guide technical teams in coding, conduct reviews and configuration management.
Guide/train and help development teams on relevant on technical aspects in terms of design, coding and troubleshooting
Work in cross functional team environment to help develop solutions for business
Configuring Message mapping, workflow processing and business logic
Skills Needed :
Experience in Java programming and J2EE/JBoss application server software development (EJB, JMS, JDBC, JTA)
Extensive experience in designing, building applications in payments domain (preferably) for products such as EFT switching, e-commerce, payment gateways, clearing & settlement solutions.
Expert in Source code management and enhancement.
Exposure in payment applications, ecommerce applications and switching systems will be an added advantage.
Ability to interact with both Business and Technology colleagues
Strong problem solving and analytical skills demonstrated by the ability to assimilate new information, understand complex topics and arrive at sound analysis and judgment
Strong analysis and design skills, including requirements analysis, Object Oriented design patterns, and UML
Experience : Minimum 12-16 years of experience in Software Development division. Primary Skill required in Java and Secondary is C++
