Responsibilities:
Support sales in building and expanding client relationships and value
Partner with sales, D&D teams to scope client(s) needs, design solution (from IKS offerings), drive pricing (with service lines) and support sales to win SOW
Maintain strong awareness of portfolio of CARE offerings and constantly assess potential for extending client relationship
Bring a highly entrepreneurial mindset to configure and co-apt existing solutions to client needs; also includes shaping ideas for innovative solutions (with D&D org)
Ensure top notch delivery
Take ownership for owning overall client deliverables and managing client relationships
Work with service lines to define, manage and deploy IKS offerings at client, on-time and under budget; work across IKS divisions and departments to integrate and coordinate all client services
Configure offerings for clients to achieve target performance levels constantly provide client view to service lines to continually improve value and quality of offerings
Maintain account performance & profitability
Ensure high client CSAT, stickiness and expansion
Work closely with service lines to safeguard margins, ESAT, offering growth and development
Required:
Medical degree, including MBBS, BHMS, BAMS, BDS, or equivalent
Strong personal communication and presentation skills
Prior experience in a healthcare BPO or KPO.
