Responsible for overall Marketing activities of the company
Prepare all marketing literature documents and work with various product managers to generate technical product literature as well as promotional literature.
Ensure marcom material availability with channel partners as per deadlines.
Organize sales meet, dealer meet, promotional events and product launches. Drive communication campaigns-online and offline; take digital marketing initiatives
Strategize and execute Marketing plan.
Handle product sampling, bundling deals & demo kits arrangements
Work with advertising, creative agencies & vendors on promotional activities
Organize training & development workshops, road shows & trade shows
Conduct & collate market research surveys & results.
Ensure internal compliance and stay aligned with regional and global requirement.

Who are having minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing Communication
Who are self-driven, well organized and have passion to win.
Having proven track record in successfully driving products sales through marcom intervention and stay updated of changing industry requirement.
Quick learner with excellent execution ability, and communication skills.
Have willingness to go for an extra mile.
Should have understanding of Lighting Trade business.
Willing to travel as per job requirement.
