- Strong knowledge of SAP/ ERP accounting package & Extensive use of MS office (Excel/ PPt)
1. Maintenance and review of accounts on ongoing basis
2. Preparation of Annual Accounts in accordance with applicable Rules & Regulation
3. To handle various Income Tax scrutinies, Sales/VAT Assessment, Excise Audits, Appeals with Govt. Auth.
4. Verify various Agreements/contract & Documentations with third parties
5. GST Implementation / Fundamentals
6. Attending the bank requirements such as stock statement
7. Follow-up with HOD for timely bookings, realisation of receivables
8. IFRS/ICFR/Company Secretarial Compliances
9. Sales tax assessment, preparation & analysis of documentation / C form collection & Issue
10. Income Tax Returns, Assessment, Preparation of Documentation
11. Ensuring all Statutory Compliance, Filing, Returns Payments i.e. TDS, Advance Tax
12. Raising funds - Working Capital/External Commercial Borrowings (ECB)
13. Tech savy - Focus on improvement of day to day work or process
14. Ability to co-ordinate with German Corporates & other worldwide corresponding departments
15. German GAAP
