Mandate Experience and requirements:
Education: Should be Graduate Engineer / B. Sc. / M. Sc. Diploma in SAP, from a recognized University and it should be full time course, part time/correspondence course will not be accepted
Experience: 1 3 years of experience with similar role & responsibilities.
Industry: Pharmaceutical /Pharma Packaging / Food Industry / Healthcare / Engineering/Chemical/ Oil & Gas/ paint.
Targeted Organizations: Any
Job Context and Purpose:
Create a backend support for system control by implementing a maker and checker concept for master creation and BOM in order to prevent any error.
Level Specific Accountabilities:
Initiate verification of customer master, vendor master, quality information records, material master in order to meet customer / regulatory requirements
Check master data of QM in order to generate FTR documents like COA and shell composition meant for customers or regulatory filing
Implement group and group counter concept for recipe group, routing and inspection plan across the ACG Capsules India facilities
Verification of customer masters, vendor master, material master and finished product before release of material master
Up-dation of customer specific requirements in COA master tables
Support to regulatory team for creation of inspection plan to compare customer specification
Scope of Decision Making:
Operates with direct and detailed instructions with very close and continuous supervision
Works within readily available direction and clear guidance
Escalates any deviations and out of specifications and seeks guidance to resolve the same
