Job Description

Key Responsibilities include:

Accounting of net purchases including provisions within specified deadlines, with accurate reporting

Validation of claims raised by the company on various vendors as per purchase agreements

Delivering management reports including commenting on P&L and balance sheet movements
Complete and accurate closure of audits, e.g. statutory audit, internal audit

Develop a deep understanding of the business drivers behind purchasing, inventory planning and valuation

Reconciling the claims accrued with actuals, and recoveries from vendor

Assisting in the improvement in internal controls related to inventory and accounts payable

Manage stakeholders within and outside, and provide all details required within agreed timelines

Maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of ERP and constantly seek to optimize processes

Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.


Skills Required : Purchase Accounting , Inventory Accounting , Invoice Processing, Accounts Payable,Claims

Need Someone who has cleared CA Final in Maximum 2-3 or CA(Inter) or completed MBA (pursuing or studying in distance will not applicable)

The Candidate should have worked with the BIG FOUR ACCOUNTING FIRMS ( Internships with any Big Four Firms will also be considered )
