Job Description

1. Implementation and monitoring of risk management practices as stipulated by Sebi, AMFI and best practices from Union AMC

i. Risk & Compliance Committee (RCC): preparation (stakeholder) for the risk part:

1. Monitoring and coordinating of the implementation of the Operational Risk management

2. Validation of risk management assessments

3. Reports and remedial actions on loss events

4. Reports on various KRIs

5. Preparation of Schemes risk frameworks

6. Proposal & Review of risk class and profiles of the schemes

7. Proposing special and ad hoc internal regulations

8. Enterprise risks;

ii. Providing necessary inputs & monitoring robustness of various Procedures (best practices from Union AMC, its updates and regular controls):

1. Product Committee and policy

2. Damages

3. General policies

4. Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery plan

5. IT Access Authorizations

6. Risk Self Assessments: coordination with the departments to execute these risk self assessments;

iii. Controls: various ex-post and ex-ante controls on different frequencies: NAV control, Debit/credit positions, interests paid, cash transactions, late trades, crosses, reverse transactions, orders initiated by dealers, gaming, delegations, negative positions, new products created by PFM, orders edited by dealing desk, control end day of open orders, .

iv. Reporting requirements to RCC, Boards, MC, Group Risk Committee of Union Bank

v. Monitoring Enterprise risk:

1.General Market risks: Tracking Error, Liquidity, Rating control, Credit risk

2.Third party risks;

3.Proprietary risks;

4.HR related risks;

5.Reputational risk;

vi. Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan
