To be responsible for explaining procedures and operations to

To make appropriate and timely notes, as a medical record of
treatment for the benefit of the patient and other healthcare
To ensure all patients have a planned discharge.
To ensure each patient is provided with a comprehensive discharge
summary which is authenticated.
To work with other doctors as part of a team, either in the same
department or with other specialties.
To meet the clinical and service quality standards as determined by
