4 Site Management
"Monitor delivery and performance of site services by technicians, provide support for resolution of issues, monitor parts availability and warranty claims IN
ORDER TO ensure delivery as per standard at the site."
5 Warranty and Service Administration
Monitor number and value of claims rejected, review and take corrective action IN ORDER TO ensure timely clearance of claims as per policy.
6 IT systems
Receive complaints on running of the IT systems within workshop, coordinate timely and effective resolution of issues by service providers IN ORDER TO ensure maximum uptime.

8 Workshop Management
"Monitor effective upkeep of the workshop including house keeping, approve local purchases & routine administrative purchases as per policy & budget, coordinate between local workshops for tools, manpower & parts; evaluate vendors for vehicle registration, insurance, workshop tool maintenance & calibration, prepare and present report to committee for approval IN ORDER TO ensure smooth running of the workshop, effective resource utilization."
