*Work closely with the operations team to generate business.
*Responsible for negotiating and closing Social business i.e. wedding and Pre wedding functions along with handling large scale business clients for corporate events .
*Manage all catered events .Work with clients to organize and follow through on all catering particulars and ensured all exceptional requests are met . Assist on all direct set up for all events .
*Preparing daily and monthly reports .
*Handling vendor and booker leads & maximizing the most out of vendor contacts.
*Accountable for assuring the success of all banquet events, while maintaining a Cost-effective operation, high quality products and service deals .
*Planning and enhancing menu with aid of Chef in line with the brand standards .
*Developing various strategies to accomplish business goals aimed towards the expansion in business volumes as well as profitability while analysing cost effectiveness
*Responsible to act as a sales specialist and be responsible to ensure the related revenue maximize in the most profitable way .
*To develop and manage a set of regional accounts based in the region and identified as potential for the unit .
*To maintain strong , professional relationship with relevant representatives from competitor Hotels, business partners and other organizations .
*Develop and nurture relationships with all current and new clients , in corporate sector
