MBA in Marketing / Graduate - Any Stream.
Good academic record.
At least 2 – 5 years of Sales Experience in Finance companies / Banks/ Consumer Durables/Telecom Sector/ Top Advisors/Members of MDRT.
Minimum 12 months Tenure in the present company
Minimum 18 months of Average Tenure
Insurance Specific Experience not more than 01 insurance industry
Fairly good command over English as well as local language.
Should be presentable.
Aggressive nature with an aptitude for sales.
Constant, positive mental energy.
Ability to motivate people and lead a team
Good networking skills to generate leads and recruit influential advisors
The candidate should be local or should have worked in the specific location for a minimum of 2 – 7 yrs.
Handle a team of off roll employees.
