4. Provide adequate sources of Insurance Expert recruitment and help fulfilling the vacancies timely.
5. Continuously identify opportunities to generate customer touch points through different activities by team.
6. Keep a concerned interaction with the frontlines (IE) by grooming and encouraging them with earning opportunities.
7. Ensuring Team Learning and Development through effective training on product knowledge & sales management practices.
8. Stay in line with the channel initiatives and ensuring the same through respective team timely.
9. Drive productivity from respective reporting team ensuring business & company hygiene s.

We are looking out for candidate who has experience specially into Motor Insurance Agency
