Job Description

Maintain and develop a contract database and ensuring availability of all executed contracts managed by ES&P within the database.
Plan and carry out Contract Administration and its related activities
Audit contract attributes like contract terms, pricing and payment schedule, ensuring compliance and contract landscape reporting
Preparing monthly reports and dashboards
Organization Purchase Obligation Reporting for annual 10-K filings
Respond to and follow up Contract enquiries by GMB , telephone, and Emails or support incidents
Monitor and report contract Management reporting needs and related activities, Administer relevant management information.
Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.

Investigates non- standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others
Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed

Specific Measurements of Performance


Critical Skills Required :

- Bachelors degree
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of personal computer applications and software packages.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, Adobe Acrobat
Professional, procurement software or supply chain management, and other electronic document management systems isrequired..
- Attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- Working knowledge of Ariba , P2P/Supply Chain Management, Contract Management processes
- Knowledge of the Contract Types, Renewal process
- Ability to manage work activity and fast
- Health Care Industry experiences a plus.
- Demonstrated Functional testing & QA experience
