Data validation and reconciliation with respect deliverables around risk regulatory requirements
Associate should work independently in understanding the requirements of business and ensure testing and validation of data from accuracy perspective
Query (using basic SQL) various databases, compare to source data, identify differences & provide resolution
Complete Finance Packs / dashboard and also walk through Business/Onshore partners on the same
Analyze impact of any changes to database, calculation rules, etc and communicate accordingly
Manage relationship with Business/Onshore partners
Understanding of Regulatory Reporting.
Data management and Job monitoring experience; preferably with banking industry
Controller/Accounting experience is a must
Must have basic knowledge of writing SQL queries, understanding database structures
Proficiency in MS Office Tools, esp. Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint
Preferred knowledge of Risk Regulatory requirements - Position Risk Requirement (PRR) Market Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk, Capital Requirement Regulations from Prudential regulatory authority (PRA), UK and other regulatory authorities in Europe.
The activity would involve good excel skill
Ability to work in a dynamic environment such as lack of well defined procedures and changing work mix
Ability to independently communicate with senior leaders in the business
Demonstrates a positive attitude while focusing on completing tasks or goals
A good team player
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
SAP ERP knowledge will be given an added preference.
