Understanding the job requirements and drawing up job descriptions
Participate in recruitment process, discuss open positions/staff needs with line managers, screen applications and conduct interviews.
Develop strategies for selection and use of competency based and psychometric tools for evaluation.
Monitoring recruitment costs and ensuring timely payments to external parties;
Ensuring inductions as per quality, numbers, time and cost considerations of the Company in accordance with the approved manpower budget.
Conduct competency based interviews and negotiate on salary at offer stage
