Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Support DCD in Creating allocation models to satisfy indent order requirements (region wise, state wise and dealer wise) on N, N+1 and N+2 Months (i.e., 3 subsequent months after current month)
Planning for New model Launches and integrating with Marketing and PR if required to ensure bike availability and sales strategy
Planning Portfolio Transitions
Retail planning at Granular level and back integrate to ensure shelf availability of bikes with optimal model mix
Planning Stock levels and stock reach across Depots and Dealerships.
Coordinating with the DCD, Regional sales teams.
MBA preferably, Else a Engineering/ Mathematics/ Statistics graduate (Idea is for Quants capability) from Reputed Institute
Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP/CPSM/SCPro)
3-4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing or Supply Chain Management. Mandatory to have a good understanding of supply chain management functions.
Channel Optimization and JIT oriented thinking
Operational Knowledge of SAP
Advanced Microsoft Excel functions (What-if Analysis, Forecasting, etc).
Skills in PowerPoint
Desirable spoken Languages: English, Tamil, Hindi
