Urgently looking for Assistant Manager-Sales Analyst with a leading player in Chemical Industry based at Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly new dealers and retailers appointment plan in line with sales volume growth.
Analysis of sales team productivity.
Accomplish target revenue and profitability goals for the Pan India.
Generate Pan India sales report on monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly performance against the targets on various parameters. Identify exceptions that are pulling down the growth.
Projects MIS - Monitoring on site visits, potential, site trials & conversion details
Monitor Pan India Region Wise /Grade Wise sales forecast accuracy Highlight worst performers .
Review gap against forecast for the month Vs actual production for correction .
Maintain MIS on approved budget vs actual spend on month to month basis. Identify exceptional, Pan India, state, region, zone deviating budget.
Preparing Stockists wise, Retailer wise Grade wise, Belt wise, Mode wise, , Destination wise reports.
Preparing presentations for monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly Review meeting.
Analysis of sales and dispatches, dealer performance and other vital inputs for controlling operations and achieve organizational targets.

Candidates with hands-on in Data Analytics (Excel) / market experience would be highly preferred.
