The purpose of the position is to ensure and monitor the performance of Sales & Admin Department as per the established Company Standards. To ensure proper support to the organizations sales team to achieve companys goals & objectives. To supervise & monitor front office, admin & security department.
1) To monitor & supervise the work of the Sales (Admin) department.
2) Training to all team members of sales, admin, front office & security department.
3) Co-ordination with Sales & other related Departments.
4) Ensuring timely receipt & analysis of sales data (Primary & Secondary).
5) Ensuring proper support to Sales team, w.r.t managing of schedules, creating sales documents and proposals, generating reports related to sales activities and revenue data, as well as handling customer and prioritizing customer requests while the sales team is out of the office.
6) To inform all resolved issues and non - resolved issues timely to reporting manager.
7) To report administratively to respective business heads.
8) Prepare technical and financial bids and arranging necessary supporting documents.
9) To keep track of number of rate contract vs number of awarded annually on Pan India basis.
10) Preparation of earnest & security deposits for all tenders.
11) Keeping track of maturing of tenders for timely recovery of Earnest Money / Security Deposits.
12) Any other task assigned by Reporting Manager.
