Job Description

Primary Responsibilities
Financial To handle the processing of all orders from clients with high accuracy and within the specific timeline.
Indirectly support sales backend process by increasing customer satisfaction and customer delight
Adherence of TAT set by business
Customer Set up process for smooth flow of order processing
Collect and respond to customer inquiries accurately, timely and in a professional manner
To solve client queries and provide after sales support when requested
Team Management for DWM.
Maintain excellent follow-up with internal customers regarding requests, concerns, or questions
Maintain well documented, accurate, organized and up-to-date file management in order to serve client and employer in the most expedient, organized and knowledgeable manner
Co-ordination with factory for order processing
Co-ordination with logistics team for timely delivery of products
Process Daily follow-up with all the Sales & Marketing Team
Interact directly with internal customers to provide knowledge on products and services offered
Liaise between customers and the Management
Manage all process for sales and marketing order needs
Learning & Development Helping team in Operation and data management
To maintain effective MIS for customer orders.

Requirements

Desired Qualifications & Experience
Desired Qualifications Graduate/MBA Preferred
Desired Experience 3-6 years of relevant experience
Knowledge & Skills Excellent presentations skills
Knowledge of MIS
Good written and verbal communication
