The role is part of the Head Office BP&A team. The team provides insightful analysis to the senior management which enables them to understand and manage the HO current and future performance. This particular role focuses on partnering with London team to run monthly Outlook reporting process & thereafter prepare various review decks for presentation to senior stakeholders. This will require coordination with multiple teams for consolidation of Outlook numbers on HO total level ( HO Other and NC HO), commentary write up for variances, Update of various review decks using various boiler plates, Optimus data loads and detailed reporting and MI focusing on P&L, BS and Capital Deductions. This role is also responsible for enhancing existing processes, reporting and controls whilst ensuring the flawless execution of BAU.
1. Delivery of monthly and weekly reporting, including Outlook/Flash
2. Consolidation and reconciliation of Outlook numbers on total HO level for group submission
3. Financial Analysis and commentary writing for various senior management review decks
4. Monitoring and highlighting the risk and opportunities
5. Assist in the ongoing development and enhancement in the Groups reporting / forecasting tools primarily Optimus and BCE
6. Ensuring timely and accurate submissions into system
7. Consistent delivery against targeted deadline
8. Supporting multiple functions & facing off to the business manager and COOs.
9. P&L, BS and Capital Metrix review and analysis.
MI reporting & forecasting/Outlook/flash experience is a must
Finance/Accounting background is a must
Understand common/simple banking products
Strong IT skills particularly Excel, power point and knowledge on macro preferred
Escalates breaches of policies and procedures appropriately

Strong control awareness - in particular, the individual should be able to identify initiatives which they have led which has directly improved the control environment for the area they work in
