Job Description

Investor Relationship Management- Coordination and Arrangement.
Creating and maintaining the relationships with various Investors, Analysts, Investment Banks, Rating agencies etc.
Arranging & managing Meeting with Investors and analysts with management teams
Arranging & managing the conference calls and Analyst meets
Arranging for the Branch visits
Participating and coordinating for various conferences
Financial Content Creation
Creating and working on various financial contents for Annual Report, Website and Other Requirements.
Quarterly result presentation, peer analysis, FAQs and Press Release
Financial Analysis and Updates on regular basis
Shareholding and stock price analysis & reporting to management
Creating, Maintaining and updating the investor database, investor meeting schedules, branch visits on a regular basis
Review of research coverage reports, maintenance of reports database and updating management on various developments
Required Understanding
Understanding of the company, industry and macro-economic factors
Understanding of the functioning of the capital markets in India and globally including F&O markets
Advanced financial & business analysis
Valuation models and its components

Candidate Profile
MBA Finance/CA/CFA (US) with min 1-2 years of experience.

There were many microfinance institutions active in rural India, but very few served... India’s urban population. To bridge this gap, Ujjivan focused on the urban poor. This is a fast growing segment that is relatively new to India’s microfinance industry. Our surveys and interaction with the urban poor show that they are exposed to enormous contingencies and are required to share their meagre resources with neighbors, friends, relatives and colleagues. Hence, there is a tremendous amount of bonding and affinity among them. We have also found that, contrary to popular belief, the urban poor are a stable population.
