Assistant Manager - Instructional Designer
Total Experience: 2- 7 years
Shifts: 24*7 (5 days working)
Roles and Responsibilities to be Performed:
People and Team Manager
Leads client and project engagements
Presents GCD team's capability and service offerings
Works with Sales/Solutions/Transitions team and clients during Initial/Solutions phase to provide scope, cost, effort and resource estimates
Manages project cost approval and documentation and handles project financial tracking and reporting to internal and client stakeholders
Lead Scoping and Due Diligence exercises to determine project scope, requirements, and assess clients' existing training content.
Works with GCD POC on project cadence to ensure project status is green and deliverables and timelines are met.
Validates Training Needs Analysis results and provides guidance and feedback to project teams
Collaborate with Clients, Operations, Training, and other identified departments in coming up with relevant & effective training and instructional materials
Good communication skills and rich expertise in client interaction, need analysis, and development of appropriate content / instructional material
Reviews project plan based on project requirements and provides feedback and final sign-off before cascading to stakeholders and clients.
Works with the GCD team to create training interventions (modules, facilitator guides, participant guides, activities, assessments, and assessment tools) to improve learners communication, customer service, processing, technical, and system navigation skills
Leads creation and suggests improvements to the training agenda
Leads team's creation of relevant evaluations & training assessments
Excellent grammar and content writing skills is a must
Keen attention to detail and error detection skills are a must
Have sound knowledge of the concepts of writing & reviewing documents
Integration of technology in design to develop blended programs. Use of content authoring tools such as Articulate Studio, Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, Natural Reader etc.
Adheres to and enforces internal Content Development guidelines and ensure compliance to standards, timelines and targets.
Meet & exceed the Quality Standards (internal & external) for all projects/tasks assigned.

Meet & exceed financial targets for specific projects
Lead and support formal walk-through of training materials along with the Training team and other identified stakeholders to understand the training agenda & content
Prepare & update reports & other administrative deliverables.
Attending client meetings
Perform data, trend, & gap analysis to correlate agent performance with Training KRAs
Attend all required certification and calibration sessions with VA, Process, Operations, and any other identified departments or functions.
Minimum Skill Level Required/Expectations
At least 3 years experience in people management, engagement, team building, staffing, productivity, forecasting
Experience in stakeholder management, client relations, negotiation skills
Effective presentation and sales skills
Knowledgeable with project costing, resource and staffing forecast, utilization, allocation
Knowledgeable with financial tracking and reporting.
Keen eye for details and high integrity due to financial sensitivity and impact
Knowledgeable of data gathering and needs and gap assessment.
Knowledgeable in project management, issue reporting and resolution
Knowledgeable of the TNA Cycle
Experience with dealing with clients and stakeholders
Experience in a multi-culture enviroment, preferably US/CA, ANZ, EMEA, APAC
Experience in dealing with operations, stakeholders, delivery teams
Excellent communications skills; is able to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and fluently
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint)
At least 2 years experience with in Training and Content Development for Instructor-Led training materials, preferably for the Training (BPO) setting.
Intermediate/Adavanced proficiency with MSO (PPT, Excel, Word)
Able to identify errors and provide corrections and apply feedback in succeeding content created with little or no occurrence of defects
Knowledge of ADDIE Instructional Design model, learning design
Ability to meet required standards in performance and deliverables
Experience with training delivery/teaching
Experience in creation, preparation, and updating of reports.
Experience in dealing with clients and stakeholders
Attained certification for assessment tools (language, quality, training)
