Immediate job opening for Assistant Manager in a leading shopping mall,Coimbatore

Job Designation: Assistant Manager- Housekeeping, Coimbatore
.
The ideal Candidates should have knowledge of Chemicals, machineries used in mall.
- Prepare roster for Housekeeping staff and housekeeping schedule, follow standard operating procedure for
housekeeping as per requirement of the company.
-Brief all housekeeping staff on day to day work. Shall be responsible for handling and maintaining records of
housekeeping consumables.
-Should prepare monthly housekeeping consumable requirement.
-Shall ensure that all the areas in the Mall are kept neat and clean and prepare a daily report of housekeeping.
Cleanliness and Hygiene - To ensure that proper cleanliness and hygiene of the mall is maintained. To ensure that established schedule is maintained. HK Executives to check all common areas including parking of the Mall at regular intervals at least twice in a shift.

Common area and Washroom Cleaning Schedule - To ensure that common area cleaning schedule is maintained as per the schedule prepared.

Budgets- ensure that cost of all consumables are kept within the budget. To continuously work on getting better products at competitive costs.

Productivity: improve the productivity of the employees through regular training and monitoring to bring down the manpower cost. All new employees must go through at least two days of training and induction before being deployed.

Checklist: - make a periodic checklist of all washrooms to understand the problem of each washroom and common area. To check at least two washrooms a day and make a comprehensive checklist and coordinate with maintenance to implement the same.

Cleaning Supplies: ensure that proper review is done on periodic basis and supplies are upgraded.

Machinery: ensure that all machines are kept in working condition and any breakdown is attended to within 24 hours.

Allocation of Duties - ensure that all Mall areas are divided into various zones and each HK Executive is made custodian of zone/s. The system is worked in such a manner that each and every corner of the mall is visited by an Executive at least once in a day.

Co-ordination with Vendors- To monitor and audit the work carried out by the facade cleaning vendor, garbage vendor, etc.

Periodic meeting with Agencies: schedule periodic meeting with agencies to discuss service deliverables implementation & concerns if any. Meetings must be held at least once a month and documented.

Controlling Pest Infestation: personally monitor the task, quality of work and coordinate with the agency and ensure that the mall premises both internal and external remains completely free of pests, rodents, termites, etc.

Custodian OF HK SOPs - ensure that all the HK cleaning and operations are done as per the defined SOPs and procedures (as and when updated) and controlling the quality and output of the team.

Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 P.A.
