Job Description

Customer interface for Post Sale activities like Installation & Commissioning (I&C), Service calls & Spare requirements etc.
Handling Complaints & Queries.
To follow Service Procedure, Policies & Standards.
To take ownership of Customers issues & follow problems through to resolution.
Keep accurate records & Document Service actions & Discussions in ERP.
Analyze Statistics & compile accurate reports.
Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
Adhere to & manage the approved budget.
Maintain orderly workflow according to priorities.
Recruit, Mentor & Develop customer service agents and Nurture an environment
Inter-departmental coordination & Communication for Scheduling site activities, Raising Invoices and for providing feedback/Learning from the customers/Sites etc.
