Job Description

Plan weekly corporate sales calls, share a weekly roaster and prepare new business monthly report & report.
Quantified: 3 appointments per day and 6 corporate wellness program per week.
Cold calling data to be conducted, quantified 50 productive calls per day.
Tapping existing & new prospective corporate clients for sale of gym membership through effective presentation.
The product could be sold on sight as well off sight.
Conducting workshops / Fitness challenge in IT parks or clubs surrounded by IT Park.
Taking effective measures to add new corporate clients & control the Retention of Corporate clients.
Corporate retention program should be designed
Responsible for attainment of Sales and Revenue targets set at corporate front.
Achieve individual monthly goals and hence the quarterly and annual sales through the successful execution of tactical plans.
Plan weekly sales calls, share a weekly roaster with reporting boss and prepare new business monthly report & report. Budget needs to be designed & adhered.
Ensure that all customers and prospects are receiving regular and useful communications.
Liaise frequently with marketing, pre-sales and technical to discuss issues and ensure the best of service to the customer.
Monitoring the reports and conducting team meetings for more efficiency and motivation.
Co-ordinate with corporate executive across North, South and West territories.
