Objective / Purpose of this role:
Development and implementation of corporate communications program and activities that support the organizational objectives.
Key Result Areas / Work responsibilities:
To lead & manage Corporate Communications function for the organization.
Boost the value of the corporate identity, lead social media communication, external & internal communications for the company & brands
Maintain and develop new content for specific areas of the corporate website & intranet ensuring that it is in line with organisations guidelines and is published on the website/intranet in a timely manner
Understand organisations strategy & business needs and build brand & its communication
Execute all communication activities in a timely and efficient manner, manage budgets and complete delivery of the communication
Define brands current and future position
Work with vendors on marketing projects to ensure standard quality & delivery
Create briefs, provide guidance & complete execution of all branding artwork requirements with design team.
Strong in content development & English writing skills
Ensure best practices in the development of communications programs including the writing and sharing of strong creative briefs that will result in creative communications on strategy and brand
Educational Qualification: MBA (Media, Communication/Advertising)
Experience : 4 to 7 years in corporate communication function
Creativity, Written & Verbal Communication Skills, Strategic Thinking, Business Acumen etc.
