The Content Writer is responsible for collaborating with the management team, and others as needed, to develop and create content for all offline and online channels including company websites, blogs, online communication, email, bi-lined articles, authored article and other online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional writer with an SEO background, collaborator and passionate about developing effective content that tells the story of the brand.
You will be expected to work both autonomously, with limited supervision, and interactively with other team members, demonstrating a commitment toward shared goals and a willingness to take initiative. In addition, you will be expected to deliver content that meets the timelines set by the organization.
Perform keyword research in alignment with LNs business objectives and work collaboratively with marketing team to execute content marketing strategy.
Provide recommendations and ensure consistency and accuracy of the content.
Research, write and edit original SEO ready content for company websites, blogs, online communication, and content assets including case studies, emails, newsletters, white papers, presentations, marketing collateral, social and more
Edit content produced by other members of the team
Research and administer social media tools in support of LNs social media strategy
Repurpose and optimize existing content for digital channels.
Ensure content is aligned with personas and stages of the customers journey
Develop and implement link building campaigns to actively manage and promote our blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms
Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO and content marketing strategies
Minimum 3-4 years demonstrated experience writing
Flexible writing style to address multiple audiences while maintaining the brand voice
Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc) and reporting on relevant industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for new or improved SEO content.
Knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources
Experience with content management systems and strong understanding of content work flows
