Essence of Role Key Accountabilities
Total Revenue: Achievement of revenue for the managed products in all channels for the year.
Gross Margins: Percentage Gross Margin achievement for all products managed.
Building organisation Health of innovation funnel: streamlining the processes to get the optimum results.
Create activation plan (GTM) for MT/TRS/Ecomm for gifting range.
Conceptualize and create unique roadmap and development of gifting products.
Utilization of ASP against budgets
PEOPLE AND PARTNERING Evaluation of effectiveness of marketing activities conducted.
Consumer visits and market visits to be conducted regularly
Financial Dimensions Revenue and gross margins to be achieved for all new and existing products in portfolio.
Gross margins to be achieved for all the above product portfolio
Non-Financial Dimensions Process streamlining/initiation for new product development.
Create effective Go-To-Market plans and execute them effectively.
Role Complexity [Eg. Location, Industry dynamics etc]
Role involves internal and external stakeholder interactions. Regular interaction with vendors (packaging vendors; design vendors; etc) is a pre-requisite for the success of this role.
Products in the relatively newly developed category of gifting in male grooming domain. New launch products in new channels such as Lifestyle Format Stores; High end E-comm; The Raymond Store and regular channels such as modern trade.
Internal stake holders from the entire value chain (packaging; quality; production; R&D; supply chain, etc) for product development.
All relevant channel managers/heads for creation of sell-out/ GTM plans and their execution. Monitoring results and reporting the same to management on a regular basis.
Educational Qualifications Should be a Business Management Graduate with an MBA/PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing/Business Management
Experience Required At least 1-2 years prior experience in a reputed FMCG company,
Preferably should have handled this level of responsibility in previous assignments
Functional Skills Required Understanding of FMCG categories (Personal Care)
Excellent Communication Skills.
Strong Analytical skills and ability to think on the go to ensure last minute hiccups dont result in timeline/revenue loss.
Ability to communicate fluently in English is essential.
Good Computer knowledge. Knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email writing.
