Assistant Manager - Business Development
As Assistant Manager - Business Development, your role would primarily be to sign up SMEs over phone and initiating conversations with large clients.
Retain existing clients by interfacing with Talent Acquisition Heads
Grow business from existing accounts by meeting business leads and Head Recruitment/HR
Sign up new accounts for our product PRE-ASSESS
Evangelization and sign-ups for strategic initiatives (new products)
Closing SMEs over phone
Initiating sales conversation over phone calls with prospective large customers
Client Meetings and final closure of deals
1 - 3 years of technology product sales (B2B) experience.
Desired Qualifications / Traits
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand the clients problems and join the dots of how our solution can help them.
Maturity and ability to handle stress and demanding client requirements
Self driven, persistent, action oriented, quick thinker and goal driven
