Job Description:

Responsible for housekeeping and security of the facility
Responsible all repairs and maintenance of the facility
Responsible for maintaining assets and conducting asset audits at frequent intervals
Responsible for adherence of all statutory norms required for the facility to function
including FSSAI, Labour Licence, Shop & Establishment, GST, Panchayat Approvals,
Fire Department NoC etc
Responsible for consumables required for the facility from procurement till consumption
Responsible for managing the Administrative Cost of the facility and constantly
innovating to reduce them
Responsible for building processes and protocols for all administrative procedures
Build a culture of clean and safe environment where every person is accountable for
every items at the facility
Coordinate with Finance and HR on frequent basis for conducting trainings, visits,
celebrations etc.
