Keeping in mind the market dynamics and the organization business, strategize & bring in the product lines to the organization.

Strategies for annual business plan, consolidating planning, operations, technology, product development for annual apparel production across styles.
Responsible as a Profit Centre Head for the business and to achieve the same need to have complete alignment across functions and departments.

Keep continuous tab on the available market and based on the strength of the organization, strategize and introduce the product.

Strategize the product design and development and introduce the new product so as to capture the mind share of the market.

To study & analyze the competitors strength and accordingly strategize our product portfolio so surpass the competition.

Build network among the customers to ensure sustained orders and tap potential business.

To have very good external orientation on the area of fashion, design, products so as to ensure the organization is ahead of the competition.

To continuously keep abreast of new technology in the market.

To bring in capable and potential talent in key functions so that the organization deliver its best.

To evaluate and assess talent across organization, identify training need and facilitate for growth and development of talent across organization.
To manage the Business Sourcing and Supply Chain for the Buyers requirements.

Strategies for annual business plan, consolidating planning, operations, technology, product development for annual apparel production across styles.

Consolidate fabric, trims, equipment and spare parts sourcing with defined quality protocols optimizing manpower with bottom-line growth
Deliberation on pricing analysis, apparel styling and inherent fabric quality for design interpretations keeping budgeted margins in mind.

Appointing and managing vendor partners based on expertise, quality, capacity and expansion constantly mentored for productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills.

Should have excellent leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Must have worked with larger companies.
